Texas Health and Human Services Commission has a responsibility to ensure that ALL licensed childcare facilities and homes comply with the “Minimum Standards.” As ambassadors, our goal is to ensure that children are placed in safe, healthy and nourishing environments and participants of our program exercise “Maximum Standards.” We equip our owners, educators, teachers, caregivers and directors with the necessary tools to make that possible.

Passing Grade

Learners eligibility to pass is based on the successful completion of our 50 hour program, consisting of 17 Modules and 97 Sub-Modules. After each sub-modules, learners are given a 10 question quiz and can only miss 2 out of 10 to pass that module. After all modules have been completed and all quizzes successfully passed, learners are required to write a 400 word essay, as to their over-all understanding of starting, operating and growing a licensed childcare facility. Learners are not allowed to proceed to the essay until they have successfully passed ALL modules. After successful completion of The Child Care Entrepreneur: Director Credential Program, graduates will receive their certificates within 10 business days after completion of the program.
